House Rules

Welcome to our Airbnb property! To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all of our guests, we have established the following house rules:

- No smoking is allowed inside the property. A penalty of 5000 pesos will be charged for any violations.

- Lost key replacement fee is 250 pesos.

- Any lost or damaged glasses will incur a charge of 250 pesos per glass.

- Any lost or damaged plates will incur a charge of 400 pesos per plate.

- Any additional damages beyond normal wear and tear will be charged at market price.

- Events are allowed on the property but are subject to prior approval by the host. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7am to respect the neighbors.

- While pets are allowed, we do ask that they be trained and kept under control. Any damages caused by pets will be charged at market price.

- Please help us conserve energy by turning off all lights when leaving the property.
