House Rules

Welcome to The Residence at Timog Park! To make your stay as enjoyable as possible and to keep our home in the best condition for all guests, please adhere to the following house rules:

1. No Smoking: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. If smoking is detected, a penalty fee of ₱5,000 will be applied to cover deep cleaning costs.

2. Care for Utensils: Please handle glasses and plates with care. Charges for lost or damaged glasses will be ₱250 per item, and ₱400 per plate.

3. Property Damages: We understand accidents can happen, but we do ask that you please treat our home with respect. Any damage incurred beyond normal wear and tear may result in a charge at the item's market value.

4. Events and Quiet Hours: Events are welcome but require prior host approval. To maintain harmony within our community, we enforce quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM.

5. Energy Conservation: Be mindful of energy use. Ensure all lights, air conditioning, and electronics are turned off when not in use or when leaving the property.

6. Respect and Care: Treat the property with respect and immediately report any damages or breakages to the host.

7. Cleanliness: Keep the residence clean and tidy. Excessive uncleanliness may incur additional cleaning fees.

8. Special Requests: For special requests, please let us know at least a day in advance so we can prepare accordingly. Non-urgent requests made after 5 PM will be accommodated the following day.

Guests who will book 4 persons and below will occupy the Master's bedroom and Room two (room with 2 queen sized beds).

The base rate covers up to 7 guests. Beyond the 7th guest, an additional fee of 800 pesos per guest, per night, is applicable up to the 10th guest.
